Have you ever met perfection? As in, you taste something and in your heart you know it couldn’t possibly get any better. Or maybe you’ve looked at something and been so in awe by its aesthetic to the point of knowing that the beauty before you is quite literally perfect.
I met perfection a few weeks back in the form of a chair. I can not get it out of my head.
Turns out it was designed in 1948 by finish architect/designer Eero Saarinen. Not that I specifically care about that. I just needed to know who the genius was behind this beauty. I found out just yesterday what the chair was called.
You’ll never guess. But think of the most perfect place to be. A place that fulfills your every need, every desire and is really, without being overly dramatic, life giving.
The womb chair, of course. It will be mine. Oh yes. It will be mine.
