First Lesson of Meal Planning

Is be flexible.

When I have things planned and in order I like them to stay that way.  But our berry picking adventure changed from yesterday until today so that means fresh berries with our meal got postponed a night.

Also, a random call from out of town friends means a completely different meal for Thursday night.  I guess that means I just push Thursdays to next week?

I’m thinking the ideal would be to have a 2 week plan with allowances for swapping and also adding guests.  I’m going to have to work on this!

Any tips from anyone who has done this for more than 2 days would be much appreciated!
